Split audio over bluetooth

Post by friflaj on Sun Jan 12, 2014 9:27 pm

In my car I have a Sony XPLOD BT and a TomTom carkit 4 smartphone. Both support "phone audio" (HSP/HFP) and "media audio" (A2DP). I want to have my phone connect "phone audio" to the TT, and "media audio" to the Sony. I know I can set the checkboxes in the pairing config, but every time bluetooth disconnects/reconnects, all these checkboxes go back to checked, and my phone goes berserk while the wto devices claim to want to handle both. Can I *force* my phone to reliably connect HFP->TT and A2DP->Sony using SoundAbout?

The current answer is no; it will use which ever device is connected.

I was thinking of making that an option. You would choose which default device to use for Bluetooth media, Bluetooth phone, and Bluetooth mono.

Cool, is there a change log I can monitor?
